Technical Implementation Lead

Job Summary

The full-time remote Technical Implementation Lead will own the end-to-end implementation process for enterprise customers, ensuring deployment speed and quality while configuring systems and troubleshooting technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Own enterprise customer implementations from kickoff through full platform adoption
• Configure and deploy monitoring, alerting, and automation policies within customer environments
• Act as the technical translator between customers and product teams, validating requests and providing feedback for product improvements

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on technical experience at an MSP or as a corporate IT administrator
• Practical experience with scripting, server administration, and network deployment, including firewalls
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and RMM platforms
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
• Strong communication skills to translate technical details for customers and internal teams
