Technical Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading the onboarding of new clients, the full-time Technical Implementation Manager will manage implementation projects from contract to go-live, ensuring successful deployment of the platform while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects, executing scope, timelines, and deliverables from signed contract to go-live
• Translate complex value-based care contract requirements into technical platform configurations and oversee client-specific data ingestion strategies
• Act as the bridge between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and decisions to clients and internal leadership

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in SaaS product implementation, healthcare data analytics, or client delivery
• Strong ability to translate complex contracts and datasets into structured implementation steps and requirements
• Familiarity with healthcare data, including claims and eligibility data
• Proven experience managing cross-functional workstreams involving engineering, product, and delivery teams
• Comfort with technical workflows, including data pipelines and SQL/Python/R
