Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Manager to lead enterprise customer implementations from onboarding through go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding and implementation, building trusted relationships with enterprise customers
- Develop and manage end-to-end implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, timely go-lives and reduced time-to-first-value
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a relevant discipline
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration, healthcare technology, or healthcare SaaS
- Experience working with Health Plans, Independent Physician Associations (IPAs), Management Service Organizations (MSOs), and/or value-based care programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently
- Hands-on working experience in data analysis using UNIX and MYSQL
