Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Manager to oversee complex implementation projects in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from contract signature through successful go-live, managing timelines and dependencies
• Partner with Product Engineers on data integrations and serve as the technical liaison between the company and district IT teams
• Coordinate across multiple departments to ensure smooth transitions and remove blockers during implementation

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years in implementation management, technical consulting, or solutions delivery within a SaaS or technology environment
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations
• Strong technical fluency in data integrations, system architectures, and APIs
• Proven project management skills with a history of meeting deadlines
• Strong business judgment and customer empathy
