Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or SaaS systems integration
• Strong technical skills, including familiarity with APIs and enterprise SaaS platforms
• Experience leading technical client meetings and simplifying complex topics
• Proven ability to create documentation and establish repeatable workflows
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with product, engineering, and client-facing teams
