Technical Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Manager to lead client onboarding and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full client implementation lifecycle from kickoff to post-launch stabilization
• Translate client requirements into product configurations and engineering specifications
• Analyze implementation KPIs and drive initiatives for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience in implementation, product operations, or client delivery within health tech or healthcare SaaS
• Strong understanding of payer/TPA operations, including eligibility and claims
• Experience managing multiple complex projects with tight deadlines
• Ability to translate between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with EDI, API integrations, or health plan data structures is preferred
