Technical Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Manager responsible for the technical configuration and onboarding of products across customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical configuration and setup of products for new and expanding accounts
• Lead large-scale, multi-site rollouts, managing timelines and coordinating with customer stakeholders
• Develop and deliver training for customer teams, adapting content to varying levels of technical proficiency

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software implementation or a similar technical role at a SaaS company
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex implementations with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Strong technical aptitude with data mapping, integrations, and system configuration
• Experience building or improving implementation processes and documentation
• Familiarity with food service operations or experience with CRM/CS tools is a plus
