Technical Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Manager to support customer data interface design and implementation in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing implementation tasks and coordinate with EHR/Optime and reporting teams
• Execute data validation and testing for HL7 interfaces and report-based data feeds
• Monitor production interfaces for variances and outages, escalating issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in healthcare technology or EHR integrations
• Familiarity with electronic health records, particularly Epic or Cerner/Oracle Health
• Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7
• Comfort with data validation and troubleshooting using tools like Excel or SQL-based reporting tools
• Strong project management and organizational skills for managing multiple implementations
