Job Summary

Owning the design, setup, and technical execution of client implementations, the full-time Technical Implementation Manager will serve as a strategic liaison across teams, conducting discovery sessions, delivering tailored product demos, and ensuring alignment with client goals and internal architecture in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to identify business requirements and integration needs
• Design scalable solutions and produce detailed technical documentation and proposals
• Train internal and client teams on system usage and monitor system performance post-implementation

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a technical or solutions consulting role
• Strong hands-on experience with system configurations, APIs, and data mapping
• Adept at translating business requirements into technical designs
• Experience creating proposals, technical documentation, and training materials
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients/projects and meet deadlines
