Job Summary
Owning the onboarding experience for new accounts, the full-time remote Technical Implementation Manager will guide customers through configuration, training, and post-launch support while building repeatable processes to ensure successful implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new accounts across the Nutrislice platform
- Lead kickoff calls, configuration, training, and go-live for assigned accounts
- Support the broader Customer Success team with check-ins, renewal assistance, and product guidance as needed
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation or technical onboarding at a SaaS company
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex implementations with multiple stakeholders
- Experience building or improving implementation processes and documentation
- Familiarity with food service operations, K-12, higher education, or corporate dining is a strong plus
- Experience with Salesforce, ChurnZero, or similar CRM/CS tools is a plus
