Technical Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Technical Implementation Leads and Software Developers, the full-time Technical Implementation Manager will provide hands-on technical leadership for complex healthcare interoperability solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a technical team to deliver customer-facing healthcare interoperability implementations
• Provide technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle, including solution architecture, planning, development, and post-go-live support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and supportable customer solutions

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in software development and healthcare interoperability with a track record of leading complex implementations
• 3+ years of experience in managing and mentoring technical teams
• Strong expertise in Java, HL7 FHIR, REST APIs, and cloud-native architectures
• Experience troubleshooting complex implementation and operational issues within enterprise software environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
