Technical Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading the onboarding and go-live process for new health system partners, the full-time remote Technical Implementation Manager will manage end-to-end implementations, diagnose technical issues, and maintain strong relationships with partner engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation for new partners from kickoff through launch and early post-go-live support
• Diagnose root causes of implementation failures and route issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
• Lead complex technical conversations with partner IT and engineering teams, translating technical concepts into actionable insights

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in technical implementation, integration engineering, or solutions consulting, preferably in healthcare or health tech
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills with experience in API documentation and system architecture
• Ability to write and run scripts or queries (SQL, Python, or similar) for testing integrations
• Experience in behavioral health, payer, or ACO/value-based care environments
• Familiarity with FHIR APIs and EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
