Technical Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for implementing and managing client projects within a service line care vertical, the full-time Technical Implementation Manager II will develop project plans, lead cross-functional teams, and communicate with stakeholders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and define program scope, objectives, and success criteria while creating detailed project plans
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and foster a collaborative environment
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and communicate project status, risks, and outcomes effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, focusing on systems, product, or program configuration
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end engineering or implementation projects, preferably in startup or healthcare settings
• Familiarity with Webhooks and understanding of API architecture and design
• Proficiency in programming languages and project management tools
