Technical Implementation Manager
Job Summary
Owning deployment outcomes, the full-time Technical Implementation Manager will ensure effective customer onboarding and ongoing support, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deploy Odyssey's platform to customers, ensuring successful completion of contractual requirements and go-live milestones
- Develop and lead deployment plans in collaboration with state stakeholders and internal teams, including Engineering and Product
- Drive customer growth and adoption, ensuring scalable and effective deployment processes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an implementation or customer success role with hands-on technology product deployment
- Experience managing long-term, complex, and technical implementation cycles of 6+ months
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to configure technical workflows such as APIs and webhooks
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL and/or advanced Excel techniques for data investigation
- Experience working with government agencies is a strong plus
