Technical Implementation Manager
Job Summary
Leading the technical services teams, the full-time Manager, Technical Implementation Services will oversee the end-to-end technical delivery experience for customers, manage system integrations, and foster cross-functional partnerships while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop technical services teams, establishing performance expectations and fostering a culture of excellence
- Own the technical delivery strategy for customer integrations, developing frameworks and ensuring realistic implementation commitments
- Act as the liaison between Professional Services and Product/Engineering teams, advocating for customer needs and ensuring compliance with data governance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical implementation or solutions architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience in designing complex system integrations, including REST API frameworks and workflows in a SaaS environment
- Strong technical fluency to engage with engineers and data specialists on integration architecture
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
- Deep understanding of data governance and compliance best practices, including SOC 2 and HIPAA/PII requirements
