Leading client onboarding for a growing software company, the full-time Technical Implementation Project Manager will manage multiple SaaS deployments simultaneously, ensuring successful rollouts through direct stakeholder engagement and project oversight in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations for new clients
• Manage multiple client projects with clear timelines and deliverables
• Conduct frequent live client sessions to drive progress and alignment

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Implementation, Project Management, or Client Success
• Experience implementing SaaS or enterprise software solutions
• Strong client-facing communication skills with comfort leading video calls
• Solid understanding of technical concepts such as APIs and integrations
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
