Job Summary

Supporting the setup and ongoing maintenance of dealership data integrations, the full-time Technical Implementation Specialist will serve as a key contact for dealerships and vendors, ensuring accurate configuration and validation of customer data in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Configure dealership data integrations and manage onboarding tasks with dealerships and vendors
  • Troubleshoot data and configuration issues, responding to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels
  • Document customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or related customer-facing roles
  • Minimum 1 year of successful remote work experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including filtering and sorting data files
  • Experience using Salesforce, CRM software, or ticketing systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
