Technical Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Specialist (Remote US).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client training for both clinical and non-clinical staff on software applications
• Maintain communication with clients and manage administrative tasks related to implementation projects
• Evaluate client hardware and provide recommendations to ensure compatibility with software requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience supporting high performance applications with a strong understanding of technical software aspects
• Knowledge of HL7 standards
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including on-call weekend shifts
• Basic knowledge of SQL queries and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple demands effectively
