Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Specialist I - Support Role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical phone and email support for industry-specific products and services
- Manage call and incident resolution, ensuring adherence to service level agreements
- Diagnose hardware/software issues and facilitate the acquisition of replacement parts as needed
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years Help Desk or related IT experience
- Understanding of Windows 11, Microsoft Office Suite, and network terminology
- Familiarity with ticket systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or JIRA
- Willingness to obtain Public Trust Clearance
