Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Specialist I - Support Role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical phone and email support for industry-specific products and services
  • Manage call and incident resolution, ensuring adherence to service level agreements
  • Diagnose hardware/software issues and facilitate the acquisition of replacement parts as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years Help Desk or related IT experience
  • Understanding of Windows 11, Microsoft Office Suite, and network terminology
  • Familiarity with ticket systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or JIRA
  • Willingness to obtain Public Trust Clearance
