Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Specialist to support clients in utilizing their AI-driven customer service platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and configure client accounts for a smooth onboarding experience
  • Implement and customize solutions based on client-specific business needs
  • Integrate the platform with external systems and provide ongoing support for implemented solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Background in Implementation, Technical Onboarding, or Services in a SaaS environment
  • Fluency in English (C1 level) with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical users
  • Experience with APIs and JSON structures
  • Knowledge of customer experience platforms such as Tidio, Zendesk, HubSpot, or Salesforce
  • Basic coding experience in JavaScript or Python is a plus
