Technical Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Specialist (B2B SaaS, US market).

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and configure client accounts for a smooth onboarding experience
• Integrate Tidio with external systems using APIs and JSON data structures
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot technical issues for implemented solutions

Required Qualifications

• Background in Implementation, Technical Onboarding, or Services in a SaaS environment
• Understanding of APIs and JSON structures with the ability to analyze and test requests
• Experience working directly with clients through written communication and video calls
• Solid knowledge of customer experience platforms like Tidio, Zendesk, or Salesforce
• Basic coding experience in languages such as JavaScript or Python (preferred)
