Technical Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Specialist Mid/Senior (B2B SaaS, US market).

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and configure client accounts for a smooth onboarding experience
• Integrate Tidio with external systems using APIs and JSON data structures
• Manage implementation projects from planning to delivery while providing ongoing support

Required Qualifications

• Background in Implementation, Technical Onboarding, or Services in a SaaS environment
• Understanding of APIs and JSON structures
• Fluent in English (C1 level) with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical users
• Experience with CX platforms such as Tidio, Zendesk, HubSpot, or Salesforce
• Basic coding experience, e.g., JavaScript or Python (nice to have)
