Technical Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end software implementations, the full-time Technical Implementation Specialist will manage client projects in the single-family lending space, ensuring successful delivery and adoption of software solutions while working remotely during Eastern Standard hours.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute software implementations, migrations, integrations, and system upgrades for clients
• Lead discovery conversations and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple client implementations
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating communication and collaboration with technical teams throughout the implementation process

Required qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting enterprise software implementations in a client-facing environment, preferably in mortgage lending or housing finance
• Technical proficiency in discussing APIs, integrations, data migration, and system configuration
• Strong project planning skills with the ability to manage schedules, milestones, and deliverables effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships and translating technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Flexibility to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
