Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Technical Implementation Specialist will manage the technical implementation and productization of clinical and operational processes, collaborating closely with service designers and care teams to enhance existing tools and support workflows.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute configurations and build structured documentation systems to support data capture and automation
  • Investigate bugs, educate users, and maintain existing configurations to improve consistency and scalability
  • Develop creative solutions for complex processes while documenting and communicating technical concepts effectively
Required qualifications
  • Experience in product management, product design, or technical implementation roles with digital products
  • Understanding of web applications, including the ability to read and write simple code
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple requests
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical team members
  • Proactive ownership of tools and systems, with a focus on defining best practices and addressing technical debt
