Technical Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end delivery of technical implementations, the full-time Technical Implementation Specialist will manage project timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure client success while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive implementation projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring client success and managing milestones
• Translate client needs into technical requirements by partnering with Account Management and clients
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for client-specific setup and customizations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or SaaS customer success
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases, including writing queries
• Proficiency in working with SaaS platforms and familiarity with APIs and integrations
