Technical Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Leading the technical onboarding of Embrace customers, the remote Technical Implementation Specialist will manage the setup of integrations, rostering, and Single Sign-On (SSO), acting as the primary technical contact during implementation to ensure successful transitions to the platform.

Main responsibilities

• Execute the technical setup of customer integrations following established implementation plans and checklists
• Configure, test, and validate SSO integrations and rostering connections
• Validate customer data and investigate basic data issues using PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL

Required qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• 1-2 years' experience in technical support, software implementation, or a junior data analysis role
• Ability to write and run SQL queries (PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL) to retrieve and validate data
• Understanding of web-based integrations, including APIs and Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Attention to detail when validating data mappings and configuration settings
