Technical Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the implementation and optimization of Health Catalyst's Measurable product, the full-time Technical Implementation Specialist will work remotely to partner with healthcare clients, validate quality measures, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure successful deployments using SQL expertise.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and ongoing optimization of the Measurable product
- Partner with healthcare clients to gather requirements, validate results, and resolve technical issues
- Query and analyze client data using SQL to identify discrepancies and support decision-making
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on SQL experience
- Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data relationships
- Experience investigating data quality issues and performing root-cause analysis
- Experience working with data integrations, ETL processes, or data workflows
- Experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders
