Technical Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the full-time Technical Implementation Specialist will manage the setup, onboarding, and maintenance of dealership API data integrations while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure accurate configurations and high-quality customer service in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Configure dealership API data integrations and assist with client software implementation activities
- Troubleshoot API transactions and resolve onboarding and integration concerns with customers and internal teams
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within Salesforce and related systems
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or implementation support
- Minimum 1 year of API configuration and utilization experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical certification preferred
- Experience testing APIs and integrations using tools such as Postman or Swagger/OpenAPI
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical information to non-technical users
