Technical Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
Serving as the technical point of contact for customers, the full-time remote Technical Implementation Specialist will lead the implementation process from kickoff to go-live, mapping and configuring API connections while troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new and existing customers through the technical implementation process, ensuring timely and successful go-lives
- Map and configure API connections, validating setups in real time and independently resolving configuration issues
- Document integration processes and escalate complex issues to engineering with clear context for resolution
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support or implementation role focused on API-driven applications
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads, and HTTP status codes, with the ability to troubleshoot independently
- Familiarity with data mapping, payload structures, or basic scripting (Python, JavaScript, or SQL)
- Experience using tools like HubSpot or Postman for troubleshooting and testing API calls
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users effectively
