Job Summary

Serving as the subject matter expert for technical integrations, the full-time Technical Implementation Support Lead will provide critical support during customer onboarding and go-lives, develop documentation and training materials, and work remotely in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for existing integrations, supporting clients and implementation teams during and after go-live
  • Provide expert assistance during critical go-live periods to ensure smooth transitions and minimize delays
  • Collaborate with the technical integration team to create comprehensive documentation and design training programs for the implementation team
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in technical implementations or integration support
  • Strong understanding of data integration concepts and processes
  • Experience creating documentation and training materials
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship management skills
