Job Summary
Serving as the subject matter expert for technical integrations, the full-time Technical Implementation Support Lead will provide critical support during customer onboarding and go-lives, develop documentation and training materials, and work remotely in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for existing integrations, supporting clients and implementation teams during and after go-live
- Provide expert assistance during critical go-live periods to ensure smooth transitions and minimize delays
- Collaborate with the technical integration team to create comprehensive documentation and design training programs for the implementation team
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical implementations or integration support
- Strong understanding of data integration concepts and processes
- Experience creating documentation and training materials
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship management skills
