Technical Implementations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Implementations Lead to oversee technical solution delivery and support implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to support their implementation projects, including configuring the platform and providing architectural guidance
• Develop expertise in core technologies and standards while managing concurrent projects and escalating requests as needed
• Participate in the on-call support rotation and assist in the development of RFIs and RFPs to secure new business

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Java and JavaScript development
• Proven expertise in Spring, REST, SQL, and Git
• 3+ years of experience in designing and delivering software solutions collaboratively
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and teams
• Highly organized and adaptable in managing a broad range of high-level issues
