Technical Implementations Lead

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Implementations Lead will engage with customers and collaborate with internal teams to oversee technical solution delivery, manage implementation projects, and drive improvements in custom solutions for healthcare data management.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to support implementation projects, including configuring the Smile platform and providing architectural guidance
• Develop expertise in core technologies and standards while managing concurrent projects and escalating requests as necessary
• Drive profitability of professional services engagements by collaborating with customer-facing teams and participating in on-call support as needed

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java and JavaScript development
• Proven expertise in Spring, REST, SQL, and Git
• 3+ years of experience in designing and delivering software solutions independently and collaboratively
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients and teams
• Exceptional organizational skills and adaptability in managing a broad range of high-level issues
