Technical Implementations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Implementations Manager to lead the implementation of a SaaS-based Medical Claims Management platform for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain implementation project portfolios with detailed plans and timelines
• Manage multiple concurrent implementations, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction
• Facilitate client-facing meetings and define scope, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in technical implementation, project management, or client onboarding for SaaS platforms
• Experience managing multiple client projects in a healthcare or medical claims environment preferred
• Familiarity with Agile-based software development processes
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and project management tools such as MS Project and Jira
