Technical Install Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Install Engineer who will provide support for solutions tailored to individuals with Alzheimer's and Dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and activation of on-premises equipment in customer facilities
• Support the Tier 1 team with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to on-premise equipment
• Enhance customer experience through effective communication and participation in creating SOPs and knowledge-base articles

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in deploying hardware within customer networks
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Linux System Administrator
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
• Proficient in configuring servers, switches, and network devices
• Hands-on experience with LAN/WLAN network architecture and troubleshooting WiFi performance
