Technical Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Instructional Designer to create and facilitate training materials for the Department of VA Veteran Readiness and Employment system.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, interactive learning sessions and high-impact software demonstrations
• Develop and maintain training materials for new system features and functionality
• Identify training initiatives to enhance learner experience and system adoption

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of virtual technical training experience with interactive elements
• Proficiency in adult learning principles and creating experiential training courses
• Knowledge of software tools such as Office 365 and virtual learning environments
• Experience with AGILE methods and creating 508 Compliant training materials is preferred
