Technical Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support the Learning and Development department, the remote Technical Instructional Designer 3 will design, develop, and maintain engaging e-learning courses for technical support teams while collaborating with subject matter experts and utilizing advanced authoring tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop multimedia content, including e-learning courses, videos, quizzes, and simulations
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create innovative training solutions aligned with organizational goals
• Assess training needs and implement performance-based learning programs for operational teams

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, including needs assessment and task analysis
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with subject matter experts
• Strong technical communication skills and experience in multimedia content creation
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; a master's degree or formal education in instructional design is preferred
