Technical Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Technical Instructional Designer will develop engaging e-learning courses and collaborate with subject matter experts to create multimedia training materials for technical support teams while managing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain e-learning courses and curriculum for technical support teams
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design impactful training materials
• Create multimedia content, including videos, quizzes, and simulations to enhance learner engagement

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, including needs assessment and task analysis
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
• Strong multimedia skills, including video editing and interactive content creation
• Excellent communication and project management skills
