Technical Integration Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a primary technical point of contact for customers, the full-time remote Technical Integration Analyst will design, implement, and support EDI and integration solutions using Boomi, ensuring successful onboarding and issue resolution throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to scope, onboard, and support EDI integrations, translating technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
• Design and maintain EDI integrations, managing transaction sets and configuring communication protocols
• Monitor production environments, diagnose integration issues, and document processes to maintain compliance and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in EDI development or systems integration with hands-on delivery
• Proficiency with Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar iPaaS/EDI platforms
• Working knowledge of EDI standards (X12 and/or EDIFACT) and communication protocols such as AS2 and SFTP
• Experience with SQL and backend database platforms for data validation and troubleshooting
• Strong customer engagement skills, with the ability to manage expectations and resolve issues professionally
