Technical Integration Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Integration Manager, responsible for overseeing technology integration processes for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technology integration workstream for multiple transactions, overseeing IT due diligence and post-close execution
• Manage Day 1 technology readiness planning and oversee post-close integration activities
• Own and evolve technology integration playbooks and drive standardization and continuous improvement across integration efforts

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in leading technology projects or complex cross-functional initiatives
• Experience in M&A, integration, consulting, or transformation environments
• Direct experience with technology due diligence and post-close integration
• Strong understanding of IT environments, including applications and cybersecurity
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP, Agile, or technology certifications are a plus
