• Proven experience with technical onboarding processes for SaaS platforms
• Proficiency in creating API documentation and integration guides for diverse audiences
• Familiarity with modern development practices, including RESTful APIs and integration testing
• Experience with cloud-based solutions such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Strong leadership skills to manage multiple complex projects and align priorities across teams
