Technical Integration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Integration Specialist (Remote - AMER).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand their technical integration needs and goals
• Provide expert education and assistance on integrating with APIs and utilizing open source libraries
• Assist customers in troubleshooting integration issues and act as a liaison between customers and technical resources

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer support or technical support roles
• Strong knowledge of web services, APIs, and integration best practices
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with open source libraries and JavaScript web application development is a bonus
• Able to support customers and team members between 12pm and 8pm UTC
