Technical Integration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Integration Specialist (Remote - EMEA).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding support by collaborating with customers on their technical integration needs
• Educate customers on using APIs and open source libraries for integration
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and assist in index configuration for product catalogs

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer support or technical support roles
• Knowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and integration best practices
• Able to support customers and team members between 5am and 1pm UTC
• Familiarity with structured data formats (JSON, CSV) and debugging tools
• Understanding of A/B testing and web application development integration patterns
