Technical Integration Specialist
Job Summary
As the first Technical Integration Specialist on the Partnerships team, this full-time remote position will manage technical inquiries, lead integration demos, and support product management by reviewing partner documentation and guiding integrations from testing to launch.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical contact for the partnerships team, participating in meetings and addressing technical questions
- Review partner technical documentation to assess integration requirements and identify gaps compared to Vesta's systems
- Coordinate and guide the integration process from testing through launch, ensuring a seamless experience for partners and customers
Required qualifications:
- Experience in a technical role within a mortgage technology company
- Strong understanding of integration processes and data handling, including familiarity with MISMO fields
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively
- Experience building long-term relationships with partners and internal teams
- Knowledge of how technology, including AI, can enhance integration workflows
