Technical Interview Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Interview Coach to assist students and alumni in preparing for technical interviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 mock technical interviews for students and alumni
• Co-present and lead technical interview preparation workshops and skill-building sessions
• Improve and iterate on technical interview preparation resources within the Career Kit

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer or in a closely related role
• Experience leading and providing feedback for various types of technical interviews
• Proficiency in at least one common programming language used in interviews (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript)
• Experience with general career coaching or 1:1 mentoring for early career software developers
• Familiarity with a range of technical interview formats, including coding assessments and system design
