Job Summary
As part of a fully remote recruitment team, the Technical Interviewer will conduct technical interviews, collaborate on job pipelines, and develop interview questions to assess candidates for technology positions, focusing on various technologies such as Python, AWS, and Azure.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct technical interviews with pre-screened candidates to evaluate their skills and qualifications
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to build job pipelines and improve candidate screening methods
- Participate in client intake calls to review job descriptions and understand key technical requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher degree in a related technical field from a reputable university with an English curriculum
- 2+ years of experience in a technical recruitment position
- 2+ years of experience as a software developer with knowledge of backend, frontend, database, and cloud technologies
- Thorough understanding of technical interviewing methods and best practices
- Solid experience using candidate tracking systems, preferably TeamTailor or Greenhouse
