Technical IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Delivering IT projects end-to-end, the full-time remote Technical IT Project Manager will manage project execution, serve as a Scrum Master, and conduct business and technical analysis for enterprise-level technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver IT projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality objectives are met
• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Partner with business owners to document and validate requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and technical specifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience managing technology projects or performing business/technical analysis in an enterprise environment
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead
• Experience with Salesforce, Workday, MDM, or data integration platforms is highly preferred
• Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) or PMP preferred
