Technical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead to join their project management team supporting various development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction for design, development, and systems integration from definition phase through implementation
• Manage technical plans and ensure timely completion of project deliverables
• Identify project risks and collaborate with project managers on mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
• 8-10 years of experience in a Technology Lead role
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and hold vendors accountable for results
• Technical knowledge of Customer Billing Systems CSS (Customer/1) or Meter-to-Cash/Revenue Cycle Management
