Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead to drive the design, architecture, and development of software solutions across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers across multiple projects, ensuring successful software delivery
• Oversee all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, and deployment
• Provide technical leadership in software architecture and coding standards, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable

Required Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience as a Senior PHP Development Lead
• Proven experience managing teams of 3 or more developers across multiple projects
• Expertise in Node.js and extensive AWS experience, including services like Lambda and S3
• Strong background in Laravel and related technologies with hands-on development experience
• Solid understanding of MVC design patterns and best practices in software development
