Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead to manage digital products and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product and organizational leaders to scope technical feasibility and implementation options
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for external development vendors and manage QA and CI/CD processes
• Write, review, and refactor code for system improvements and oversee product engineering and infrastructure

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer or technical lead
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React
• Strong systems architecture skills and experience managing external vendors
• Expertise in modern development practices, including version control and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management and APIs
