Technical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead to oversee technical design and execution of key features and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to define and build new features for the platform
• Define platform architecture and strategy while maintaining high performance and code quality
• Guide contractor engineers and refine engineering processes to improve team effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with a focus on React
• 2+ years in an engineering team lead role
• Strong understanding of headless e-commerce and Shopify experience
• Experience in a fast-paced product development process
• Located in the US, preferably on the East Coast, with remote work capability
